We made this darling cake this morning in a cake-decorating class at Keyks http://www.keyks.es in Madrid. We had no idea it was so easy to make this kind of icing! Nor did we know the special tricks of how to make it stick or how to make the different design elements. This 90 minute class was a real treat in every way!
